Only two details are required to buy diamonds: Game ID and Server ID. Both must be entered correctly because the diamonds will be sent to that account.

  1. Choose the package you need and click the Buy Now button.
  2. Open your profile in the game, find your Game ID in the Player Info section and enter it in the field.
  3. Enter the Server ID as well. It appears in brackets next to the ID in the game, for example 12345678 (1234). Here, 12345678 is the Game ID and 1234 is the Server ID.
  4. Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
  5. The diamonds are usually added to your account within 1 to 2 minutes.

Check before payment

Review the ID and server numbers once more. Diamonds sent to the wrong account cannot be returned. If the delay lasts more than a few minutes, contact live support with your order number. Saving a screenshot of the payment and ID screens will make things easier when contacting support.
