Herrington Lisəsində oxuyan bir qrup uyumsuz gənc, məktəbdəki müəllimlərlə bağlı nələrsə yolunda getmədiyini fərq etdikdə artıq çox gec idi. Suyun köməyi ilə yaşayan və insanların cildinə girən bu məxluqlar doğrudanmı kosmosdan gəliblər? Bəs onları durdurmaq vəzifəsi bir-biri ilə yola getməyən bu gənclərin üzərinəmi düşəcək? Robert Rodriguez elmi fantastika, qorxu və gənclik filmlərinin maraqlı bir qarışığına imza atıb. "El Mariachi" səviyyəsində bir film gözləyənləri tam məmnun etməsə və bəzi klişelərə yer versə də, janrın həvəskarları üçün bir çox filmə göndərmələrlə dolu kult bir əsərdir.
