Narkotik asılısı olan istedadlı vəkil Mayk Vays və onun uzun müddətli dostu və iş ortağı Pol Dantsiger ilk tibbi yardım göstərərkən iynə batması nəticəsində QİÇS-ə yoluxan bir tibb bacısının işini öz üzərlərinə götürürlər. Onların məqsədi xəstəxanalarda təhlükəsiz, birdəfəlik şprislərin istifadəsini təmin etmək və bu cür bədbəxt hadisələrin qarşısını almaqdır, lakin bu, göründüyü qədər asan olmayacaq.
