Danny Ocean həbsxanadan yeni çıxmış bir oğrudur. Lakin Danny azadlığa çıxan kimi tarixin ən böyük kazino soyğununu həyata keçirməyi planlaşdırır. O, rəqiblərinə qarşı amansızlığı ilə tanınan Terry Benedict-in Las-Veqasdakı üç kazinosunu eyni gecədə soymağı qarşısına məqsəd qoyur. Bu məqsədlə köhnə ortağı Rusty ilə əlaqə saxlayır. Danny və Rusty bu qeyri-mümkün soyğunu reallaşdırmaq üçün hərəsi öz sahəsində mütəxəssis olan 11 nəfərlik bir komanda toplayırlar. Əgər komanda uğur qazanarsa, hər biri ömürlərinin sonuna qədər yetəcək qədər varlanacaq, lakin uğursuz olsalar, Terry Benedict-in qəzəbi ilə üzləşəcəklər.
