1960-cı illərin Londonunda cərəyan edən film, şəhəri öz nəzarəti altında saxlayan məşhur "The Firm" dəstəsinin liderləri olan Ronald və Reginald Kray adlı əkiz qardaşlardan bəhs edir. Günbəgün güclənən əkiz qanqsterlər daha çox ərazi və pul qazanırlar. Lakin bu yüksəliş, Reggie-nin həyat yoldaşı Francesin (Emily Browning) ortaya çıxması ilə təhlükə altına düşür. Frances ərini cinayət aləmindən uzaqlaşmağa inandırmağa çalışdıqca, onların ortaqlığı və "The Firm" imperiyası uçurumun kənarına gəlir.
