London küçələrində böyümüş Artur (Charlie Hunnam), əfsanəvi Excalibur qılıncını sancıldığı yerdən çıxarana qədər kral soyundan gəldiyindən xəbərsiz idi. Lakin iş bununla bitmir; o, qılıncı necə istifadə edəcəyini də öyrənməlidir. Yalnız bu yolla ailəsini qətlə yetirərək taxta çıxan qəddar əmisi Vortigerni (Jude Law) məğlub edə bilər.
