Hekayə, Amerikada yaşayan Rey Krok adlı sahibkar ruhlu bir mikser satıcısının gözləniləndən daha çox sifariş alması və buradakı potensialı kəşf etməsi ilə başlayır. Krok, Makdonald qardaşlarının Kaliforniyadakı restoranına gedərək araşdırma aparır. Buradakı böyük tələbatı görən Krok, möhtəşəm bir plan qurur və bunu həyata keçirmək üçün heç nədən çəkinmir. Bu mübarizənin və ticari yarışın qalibi isə gözlənilməz hadisələr qarşısında soyuqqanlılığını və kurnazlığını qoruyan Krokun özü olacaqdır.
