Oz cadılarının anlatılmamış hekayəsinin epik finalı başlayır. Qərbin Şər Cadugəri kimi damğalanan Elphaba sürgündə həqiqət uğrunda mübarizə aparır. Xeyirxahlığın rəmzi olan Qlinda isə Zümrüd şəhərində hökmranlıq edir. Lakin Oz-un qəzəbli vətəndaşları Şər Cadugərə qarşı üsyan qaldırdıqda, onlar yenidən bir araya gəlməli və bir-birini həqiqətən dərk etməlidirlər ki, həm özlərini, həm də bütün Oz dünyasını əbədi olaraq dəyişə bilsinlər.
