Pedro və Jimmy qardaşları yaxınlıqdakı bir fermada şeytani bir infeksiyanın yayıldığını aşkar etdikdə, qurbanı torpaqlarından uzaqlaşdırmağa çalışırlar. Şeytançıxarma ayinlərinə riayət etmədən hərəkət edən qardaşların ehtiyatsızlığı, istəmədən də olsa, kənd yerində dəhşətli bir epidemiyanın başlamasına səbəb olur. İndi onlar yoluxan hər kəsi məhv edən bu qaçılmaz şər qüvvədən qaçmalı və bu fövqəltəbii vəbanı dayandıra biləcək yeganə şəxs olan keçmiş "təmizləyicidən" kömək istəməlidirlər.
