Yaxın dostlardan ibarət bir qrup məzuniyyətdən əvvəl sonuncu dəfə əylənmək üçün yola düşür və “Doğruluk mu Cesaret mi?” (Həqiqət və ya Cəsarət) oyununa başlayırlar. Dostlar arasında zərərsiz bir əyləncə kimi görünən bu oyun, kimsə yalan danışdıqda və ya cəsarət tələbini yerinə yetirməkdən imtina etdikdə, onları cəzalandıran qorxunc və ölümcül bir kabusa çevrilir. Oyun onların arxasınca gələrək bütün dostları oynamağa məcbur edir.
