FBI-da katibə işləyən Erin Grant (Demi Moore) işdən çıxarıldıqdan sonra övladının qəyyumluğunu itirməmək üçün təcili böyük məbləğdə pula ehtiyac duyur. Ən uyğun və asan çıxış yolu kimi bir gecə klubunda striptizçi işləməyə başlayır. Qısa müddətdə işinin ustası olan Erinin arxasınca ona qarşı saplantılı maraq bəsləyən ABŞ Konqresinin üzvü (Burt Reynolds) düşür. Nağd pul, şantaj və cinayət bu dövlət xadiminin çox yaxşı bildiyi oyunlardır. Görəsən, sonda qalib gələn, oyun qaydalarını öz xeyrinə dəyişməyi sevən Erin olacaqmı?
