Al Simmons ortağı tərəfindən öldürülür. Həyat yoldaşını və övladını çox sevən Al onları yenidən görə bilmək üçün şeytanla müqavilə bağlayır. Əlbəttə ki, həm də intiqamını almaq üçün. O, dünyaya geri dönür, lakin artıq əvvəlki Al Simmons deyil. Şeytanın qaranlıq ordularına rəhbərlik etmək üçün razılaşan Al, artıq xeyirxahlıq uğrunda vuruşan Spawn-dan başqası deyil.
