Keçmiş hərbçi olan Hank, xəstə bir uşağın həyatını xilas edə biləcək vacib orqanı vaxtında xəstəxanaya çatdırmaq üçün tapşırıq alır. Lakin daşıdığı orqana sahib çıxmaq istəyən amansız cinayətkar dəstənin hədəfinə çevriləndə bu tapşırıq sadə təhvil-təslimdən ölümcül təqibə çevrilir. Hank qarşısına çıxan təhlükələri dəf edərək həm sağ qalmağa, həm də balaca uşağın həyatını xilas edəcək çatdırılmanı vaxtında başa çatdırmağa çalışır.
