Bir zamanlar əczaçılıq nəhəngi Umbrella Korporasiyasının sürətlə inkişaf edən mərkəzi olan Raccoon Şəhəri, artıq can verən bir orta qərb şəhəridir. Şirkət buradan köçərkən ardında çöllük bir ərazi və yerin altında yavaş-yavaş böyüyən böyük bir şər qoyub. Bu şər nəhayət üzə çıxdıqda, sağ qalan bir qrup insan Umbrella-nın arxasındakı həqiqəti kəşf etmək və gecəni sağ-salamat başa vurmaq üçün əməkdaşlıq etməli olacaqlar.
