Angela, insanları şeytana çevirən zombi virusunun yayılması nəticəsində qəssabxanaya dönən binadan sağ çıxan yeganə insandır. Gözlərini okean tankerindəki yüksək mühafizəli karantin otağında açan Angela artıq təhlükəsizlikdədir. Lakin gəmidəki digər insanlar üçün eynisini demək mümkün deyil; çünki təcrid olunmuş gəmi mühitində mutasiyaya uğrayan zombi virusu güclənərək bədəni və ruhu ələ keçirən ölüm maşınına çevrilir.
