Məkan Brooklyn, zaman indiki zamandır və polisimiz bu məhəllədə doğulub-böyümüş Gino Felino-dur (Seagal). Gino həyatı boyu çox şey görüb, lakin bəzi hallarla barışa bilmir. Uşaqlıqdan tanıdığı məhəllənin dəcəl uşağı (William Forsythe) indi Brooklyn küçələrini döyüş meydanına çevirir. O, sanki zəncirdən boşanmış bir doberman kimidir. Gino üçün onu həbsə göndərmək böyük bir zövq olacaq, amma bunu etmək üçün əvvəlcə onu yaxalamalıdır.
