Gənc və yaraşıqlı Cesar (Eduardo Noriega) həyatının baharında keçirdiyi qəza nəticəsində çox güvəndiyi üzünü itirir və dünyası başına uçur. Bir gün qatıldığı məclisdə Sofia (Penelope Cruz) ilə tanış olur və ona dəlicəsinə vurulur. Xətti süjet xəttinə malik olmayan bu filmdə Cesar bir müddət sonra dəhşətli kabusları ilə üz-üzə qalacaq. * Vanilla Sky filmi bu ekran əsərindən uyğunlaşdırılıb.
