Adi bir mart səhəri, pişiklərin ən bəlası Kötü Kedi Şerafettin qədim dostları Fare Rıza və Martı Rıfkı ilə axşam üçün manqal hazırlayır. Lakin evdəki hesab çarşıya uyğun gəlmir… Həmin gün Şero atası Tonguç tərəfindən evdən qovulacaq, bir sıra düşmənlərinin hücumuna məruz qalacaq, həyatında ilk dəfə aşiq olacaq və ata olduğunu öyrənsə də, bunu qəbul edə bilməyəcək. Bütün bunlar azmış kimi, manqal planları da bu “xırda axsamalar” üzündən alt-üst olacaq.
