Nyu-Yorkda yaşayan tələbə Rouz Elliot (Iren Mirk) köhnə bir mənzilə köçür. Orada tapdığı sirli kitab onu dəhşətli hadisələr silsiləsinə sürükləyir. Rouz kitabda bəhs edilən "Üç Ana" adlı şər qüvvəli cadugərlərdən birinin məhz bu binada yaşadığını aşkar edir. Qardaşı Mark (Li Makkloski) hadisələri araşdırmaq üçün Romadan Nyu-Yorka gəlir, lakin özünü də eyni qaranlıq qüvvələrin təhdidi altında tapır.
