Yaxınlarını məhv etmək kimi qəribə və xəstəli bir istəyi olan və buna ilk olaraq öz bacısından başlayan Michael, ruhi xəstəxanaya yerləşdirilir. O, hələ 6 yaşında olarkən Cadılar Bayramı gecəsi bacısını qətlə yetirmişdi. 15 illik xəstəxana həyatından sonra azadlığa çıxan Michael, bu dəfə kiçik bacısını hədəf alaraq əsl bir seriyalı qatilə çevrilir və ətrafındakı hər kəsə dəhşət saçmağa başlayır.
