Honq Konq polis departamentinin rəisi Vinq, bütün komandasını bir quldur dəstəsinin hücumunda itirdikdən sonra vicdan əzabı ilə alkoqola qurşanır. Keçmişində problemləri olan gənc bir oğlan isə özünü polis məmuru kimi təqdim edərək Vinqlə işləməyə başlayır. Məqsədi onu yenidən əvvəlki vəziyyətinə qaytarmaqdır. Beləliklə, onlar dəstə başçısı Co-dan qisas ala biləcəklər.
