Vəkil Mett Merdok (Ben Affleck) görmə qabiliyyətini itirsə də, digər dörd duyusu fövqəladə dərəcədə inkişaf edib. Gündüzlər vəkil kimi ədalətsizliyə qarşı mübarizə aparan Merdok, gecələr Daredevil kimi şəhəri cinayətkarlardan təmizləyir. Film, ağır bir döyüşdən sonra kilsəyə sığınan Daredevil-in keçmişini xatırlaması ilə başlayır. Ona hər zaman dəstək olan keşişin köməyi ilə gücünü bərpa edən qəhrəman; atası ilə münasibətlərini, Elektra və nifrət etdiyi Kingpin ilə olan qarşıdurmalarını yada salır. Mübarizə hələ bitməyib və atasına verdiyi sözü tutmaq üçün o, yenidən ayağa qalxmalıdır.
