ABŞ prezidentinin təyyarəsi olan Air Force One terrorçular tərəfindən vurulur, lakin prezident Uilyam Mur (Samuel L. Cekson) xüsusi kapsul vasitəsilə sağ qalmağı bacarır. O, ucsuz-bucaqsız bir meşənin ortasına düşür və ətrafda onu xilas edə biləcək heç kim görünmür. Lakin 13 yaşlı Oskari (Onni Tommila) həmin ərazidə ovdadır. Terrorçular hələ də prezidentin izinə düşüblər və onun sağ qalması üçün yeni dostu ilə birlikdə təhlükəli bir macəraya atılması lazımdır.
