Yeni macəralarla qarşımıza çıxan musiqi ulduzu sincablar Alvin, Simon və Theodore, Dave Seville-in qardaşı oğlu Toby ilə birlikdə yaşayırlar. Məktəbdə təhsillərini davam etdirmək üçün superulduzluqdan imtina edən sincablar, məktəbin musiqi proqramını 25 000 dollarlıq mükafatın verildiyi müsabiqədə qalib gələrək xilas etməlidirlər. Lakin bu dəfə onlar tək deyillər: rəqibləri Britany, Eleanor və Jeanette-dən ibarət The Chipettes adlı qız sincablar musiqi qrupudur. Aralarında həm romantika, həm də şirin rəqabət yaranan bu iki qrupdan hansı qalib gələcək?
