Alex (Malcolm McDowell) sakit fütüristik evində gününü yuxu ilə keçirən, gecələr isə dostları ilə birlikdə küçələrdə və evlərdə günahsız insanlara hücum edən amansız bir gəncdir. Nəhayət, polis tərəfindən yaxalandıqdan sonra Alex reabilitasiyaya göndərilir. Bu, istəkləri boğmağa yönəlmiş reabilitasiya prosesində o, törətdiyi cinayətlərdən qat-qat artıq şiddət və dəhşət dolu anlar yaşayır.
